The Festive Brass is a brass quintet founded in 1982, and located in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The current members of the group are Barbara Prugh, trumpet, John Thyhsen, trumpet, Joan Dowlin, horn, Stephen Shiffer, trombone, Tyrone Breuninger, trombone/euphonium emeritus, and Peter Krill, tuba.
